The Teánola
Mechanical Organ has been developed using traditional techniques from
the old masters of around 1885 playing by 'Cartons Perforés' (Perforated
Cardboard Book Music). The folding card music is placed
between the rollers & by cranking the handle the mechanical
action creates a melodious rich tone from the brass reeds. The
Teánola Manivelle Music Box is a miniature version of the
barrel organ, but has a 30 note musical movement that plays from
perforated paper strips ! Also available in ready machined, self
assembly kits which enables you to build your own barrel organ,
street organ & music box.
